Cynthia Baker:  Full Softball Biography

Cynthia has played competitive softball since she was 7 years old.  She received hitting lessons from one of the top hitting and pitching instructors in St. Louis, Vicki Schneider and George Jones.   She played in many regional championships while heading to Nationals and placing 11th in the United States, prior to her high school career.  Cynthia played fast-pitch softball at Fox High School for both JV and Varsity (1988 - 1992).  She went on to play at the collegiate level at Missouri Baptist University (1993 - 1997).  Her primary positions were RHP, LF and 3B.  She understands what it takes to build a solid organization with a focus on player development and teaching these young ladies the values of respect and hard work.
